The Mathematical Institute of the University of Oxford proposes to appoint a Departmental Lecturer in Mathematical Finance starting from 1st October 2015 or as soon as possible thereafter. The Departmental Lecturer will contribute to the teaching and administration associated with Mathematical Finance and will be expected to have an outstanding research record in that area. The Departmental Lecturer will be expected to engage in advanced study and academic research in mathematical and computational finance and will be responsible to lecture and teach (principally but not exclusively) graduate students. The Departmental Lecturer will also contribute to the teaching, research, and academic administration of the department and lead independent research projects or specific areas of research within a broad programme.
