The School of Mathematical Sciences at Dublin City University seeks to appoint a Lecturer in Financial Mathematics, as part of the ERC Starting Grant Market Frictions in Mathematical Finance. Applicants must possess at least an honours degree and preferably a PhD in Mathematics or related discipline, and show strong commitment to excellence in research.
The successful candidates will conduct research in Financial Mathematics, teach in the undergraduate and M.Sc. programs of the School, supervise postgraduate students, perform service duties, and further links with the financial industry. Appointments will be made below the bar, or above the bar for an exceptional candidate with a minimum of two years of relevant postdoctoral experience and an established publication record in high impact journals.
