There are three open PhD positions and one PostDoc position at my chair in Essen, Germany (https://dsee.wiwi.uni-due.de/en).
A strong quantitative/probabilistic background (data science/statistics/machine learning/AI/forecasting) and interests in energy markets are an ideal fit for the work in my group. The positions are embedded in selected research projects – primarily funded by DFG and BMWE – with the exact thematic focus aligned to individual skills and interests.
