The Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Statistics of the University of Munich (LMU) invites applications for a Postdoctoral Position in the field of Insurance and Financial Mathematics for a period of three years, commencing on April 1, 2016.
The primary tasks of the successful candidate include:
- Research in the field of insurance and financial mathematics
- Teaching in the field of mathematics/financial mathematics (five semesterperiods per week).
Further, competences in numerical implementation of problems from Financial Mathematics is desirable but not prerequisite.
