Benefits
Bachelier Finance Society members benefit from various concessions and opportunities:
- discounted registration fees for BFS congresses
- a chance to participate in the BFS Junior Scholar Award
- free access to the affiliated journal Mathematical Finance by Wiley
- generous subscription rates on Finance and Stochastics and Probability Theory and Related Fields by Springer and Quantitative Finance by Taylor & Francis and other selected journals
- discounts on selected books
Fee structure
The annual dues for being a BFS member are US $60. Students, postdocs and early career, non-tenure positions are free (proof has to be provided).
Amongst other discounts, members are eligible for generous subscription rates on selected journals if they register in time (journal subscriptions only from about October until November 30 of the preceeding year).
At the moment, you can pay by either of these options:
- credit card: there are two credit card options – either directly into the BFS account or via Paypal
- check/money order: if you have a US bank account you can send us a check
