Thanks for using The Bachelier Finance Society (BFS). These terms and conditions cover your use and access to the products, services, and websites provided by BFS. By using our services, you agree to our terms as well as our Privacy Policy.
1. Membership
The Society shall have members collectively known as the General Assembly. Membership shall be open to any individual or organization supportive of the objectives of the Society.
Members of the General Assembly may resign at any time by sending a written notice by mail or electronic mail to the Executive Secretary. Resigning members shall not be entitled to a refund of dues. Members whose dues are a year or more in arrears shall be considered to have resigned from the General Assembly. For further information please consult our Bylaws.
2. Refund Policy
All membership sales are final. We do, however, refund payments in obvious mistaken cases, such as double payments for the same year.
3. Consent to Receive Emails
By creating an account, you agree that you may receive communications from the BFS, such as newsletters, information of interest to the general assembly, and account reminders and updates. You also understand that you can remove yourself from these communications by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the footer of the actual email.
4. Links to Third Party Sites
The BFS’s websites may contain links to third party resources. Those links are provided for your convenience.
We do not monitor the contents of any of our linked websites. We will not be responsible for the content on those sites.
5. Disclaimer
While we do our best to make sure everything is accurate and up to date, the information and services made available on our webpages may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. We will not be held responsible for any misinformation.
